Sindh Modaraba is a perpetual, multi-dimensional non-trading modaraba formed under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980. The Modaraba is primarily engaged in the business of Ijarah, Musharakah and Murabahah financing, Investment in marketable securities and other related businesses.

Sindh Modaraba is managed by Sindh Modaraba Management Ltd., a company 100% owned by Government of Sindh.
