Sajid Jamal Abro | Non-Executive Director
Mr. Sajid Jamal Abro has over 20 years of experience where he has served in various positions in the Government of Sindh (GoS). Mr. Abro has passed his Master of Economics degree from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur in 1999 and Provincial Civil Services examination in 1992 and is currently serving as Secretary Finance (Government of Sindh).
Mr. Sami ul Haq Khilji | Non-Executive Director
Mr. Sami ul Haq Khilji has a vast working experience, spanning over 43 years in Public and Private Sector Entities. He has also served Sindh Bank Limited as a Director. Mr. Khilji was a former Federal Secretary to the Government of Pakistan. He served the country in District Management Group (DMG) for about 36 years. He worked for several senior level positions and represented the country in various multinational and bilateral forums such as United Nations, World Bank and numerous Climate Change protocols.
He holds Master Degree in Development Economics from University of Wisconsin University which is one of the top ranked universities in USA and Master degree in Sociology from University of Punjab.

Mr. Ishfaque Ahmed | Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ishfaque Ahmed has nearly 35 years of diversified working experience, comprising of 30 years in the Banking sector and 05 years with a law firm as an Advocate in Banking and Sindh High Court. He has served in a variety of executive positions in Sindh Bank and has an exposure to a cross section of business industries, Conventional and Islamic Banking within Pakistan. Prior to his appointment as CEO in Sindh Modaraba, he was working with Sindh Bank Limited as an Executive Vice President - Group Business Head (South) Office since 2012. He has a Master’s Degree in Economics, Diploma in Banking and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Mr. Mehdi has over 40 years of experience and expertise in Financial Sector, Corporate Sector, Investment & Development Banking, Branch Banking, and Capital Market as well as he has a vast experience in corporate governance, policy formulation and development, project appraisal implementation, monitoring & evaluation, restructuring and collaboration with international agencies. He is also Independent Director & Chairman of the Board of Directors of Summit Bank Limited.
He has a first class record in academic qualifications holds Master degree from Karachi University, Diploma in Banking (DAIBP) Institute of Banking in Pakistan. Obtained Second Position in order of merit, Bookkeeping & Accountancy Intermediate, London Chamber of Commerce.
He had worked with High Court of Sindh as Member Finance / Financial & Management Advisor and NDFC (financial Institution) as Chairman and in Senior positions, was looking after the entire Operational and Managerial activities of NDFC including Treasury, Banking, Branch Operation, Capital Market, IT, Loaning functions including appraisal implementation and recovery, Projects Finance, Admin & Human Recourses Divisions etc.

Mr. Kamal Ahmed has more than 30 years experience of working in insurance sector of Pakistan. He is currently holding a directorship in Chubb Insurance Pakistan Limited (formerly ACE Insurance Limited) and is also looking after its compliance and secretarial matters. Being an insurance professional, he has good exposure to the market and have a fair idea of risk profiles of various business sectors/entities operating in the country. Mr. Ahmed is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan and has completed Director’s Training Program from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
